Seams For Dreams Donates Around 1,000 Pieces Of Clothing In February!
Seams For Dreams is always continuing its collaborations with long-standing NGO partners that share in the organization’s vision to make the day to day life of those in need from less-resourced communities a little bit easier. By finding new NGO partners, Seams For Dreams hopes to expand its footprint and help more individuals across all of India.
One of the newest NGO partners AAWC, or the Apne Aap Women’s Collective, has already reached out to more than 3,500 women from Mumbai’s red-light district and almost 2,000 children! Seams For Dreams is proud to be supporting organizations that make such a large impact on many lives. In February, Seams For Dreams distributed women’s clothing such as t-shirts, pants, sarees, and kurtas. A total of 520 pieces were distributed and the SFD team is already preparing for the next distribution trough AAWC.
Wishing Well is another long-standing partner organization that Seams For Dreams has helped through many distribution efforts over the past years. This month, the organization received 450 articles of clothing. The Mumbai-based NGO was able to organise a distribution of kids clothing for those aged between 2-12 years, men’s t-shirts, pants, and woollens, provided by Seams For Dreams.
Thanks to the many donations that keep pouring in, the SFD team is able to distribute more clothes every month. If you would like to be a part of SFD’s initiatives and efforts, one can schedule a pick-up with the SFD Truck or get in touch with the team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or give the team a call at +91-7021139358. *T&C apply.
